Ben Wraith - Business Manager

About me:

Before joining ORL I mostly worked in the charity and higher education sectors for over 20 years, developing significant operations expertise. I particularly enjoy developing efficient systems and processes that releases frontline workers to spend more time doing what they're good at! 

Outside of work I love reading, walking, basketball, non-league football and watching films.

Favourite film:
Changes every day but, today it's a tie between The Handmaiden, Good Morning and Storks.

Food I like:
A good Ploughmans or Bento box - a little bit of everything

Favourite book:
Death and the Penguin (Kurkov)

Why I enjoy working at ORL:
It's a real honour being part of a team that makes such a big, positive impact on people's lives.
