      <image:title>ORL Homes</image:title>
<image:caption>A room in an ORL Home is offered to people with a genuine need, and we work closely with our partners to identify the individual who is ready to move into semi-independent living. We accommodate 2 - 3 vulnerable adults in each house, which are located within the community. Each resident has their own bedroom and shares communal space (e.g. kitchen, bathroom, living room). We fully furnish each property and ensure that the properties are maintained to a high standard. Whilst in the home, each resident is assigned a support worker who helps them apply for benefits, employment, training and eventually move on. Where residents are eligible for social housing, they are supported to make a housing application to the Local Authority and helped to bid on properties.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Winter Night Shelter</image:title>
<image:caption>About the Winter Night Shelter (WNS) The Winter Night Shelter (WNS) project offers shelter and hospitality during the winter months to people that would otherwise be sleeping rough. Every night from 1st December to 31st March up to 20 rough sleepers (guests) will be given a warm and a safe place to sleep. The winter night shelter works closely with other partners for referrals. These referral agencies assess the suitability of their clients for the night shelter. During their time on the shelter we will provide emergency accommodation and social interaction to individuals who are unable to access housing, benefits or support elsewhere. During their time with us, we aim to help them achieve more sustainable accommodation. Referral process Accessing to the WNS is via the City or County Outreach teams. If you are rough sleeping or see someone rough sleeping please use the Streetlink site to alert the Outreach team who will visit the person sleeping rough and connect them to services.</image:caption>
