Heathfield House is Supported Housing is a project that accomodates homeless adults aged 25+ who have low to medium support needs and can live independently . The scheme consists of fully furnished 24 one bedroom flats. All tenants are responsible to pay all their own utility bills and the shortfall in council tax.
Staff work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with an out of hours emergency contact in place.
All tenancies are for six months and within that time period all residents must be working with staff in finding their own accomodation. After six months their is the possibility of the tenant having a rolling week by week tenancy for a further six months.
High Risk offenders, high amount of housing arrears,
Single homeless adults aged 25 and over with low support needs, including rough sleepers and ex-offenders. All residents need to be in receipt of some type of income as there are household utility bills that require paying.
